This article give some explanations on adding your email address from the BIS server just log on here or log on to your own BIS and follow the simple info below on adding your own personal blackberry email address.
1. Click the email in the navigation menu, Click on the create address.
2. Enter your email name and Click next, your email will be created if its take then you will have to wait 6 months or more for it to become unlocked, just choose something close to it.

Your email should be created and now your blackberry will be automatically updated with the new email, you don't have to do anything else, service books will be sent as well look for the activation message in the in box on your phone.
4. Do the same with set up existing account, put in the email you want to use, it can be anything you got.
5. Enter your password 2 times and it will sync with your phone.
