This article covers killing that nasty yahoo icon, it looks ok with other themes but not when you got a theme with small icons download the icon I did here this one i did specially for the theme I use so it fits just right, it might be to small for other themes out there but you can try.
1. First you will need a tool like BBFileScout or File Scout its free you can download it, right click and save it.
2. Open it and browse:store/appdata/rim/bda/icons/GBISXNAC01S09/1-8--80.png, this is the file your going to fake swap. So you know where your going to paste the edited file.

Go to media where you save the .png file your going to use, and load image on stack.
4. Browse back to the store location and paste or move from stack.
5. Delete the original and rename the copied one to the same name, soft reset or do a battery pull, the icon should now change, if it did not you didn't rename it correctly.
